RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We get it right, we've all added too many items to our cart at some point or changed our minds about a colour after ordering it, but that will not be an issue at all! We want you to love our products and services as much as we do.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of VS Nail Pro Nails, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt and refund the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling charges.

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. VS Nail Pro Nails monitors returns for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with VS Nail Pro Nails in all cases. All returns are subject to verification and approval at the discretion of VS Nail Pro Nails.

The 30-day return period does not include a free shipping label. Please refer to our Online Returns Center for returns instructions.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Visit VS Nail Pro Nails Returns

Select the products you wish to return and follow the instructions to submit a return request. It takes 1-2 business days for the approval of the request.

Once we approve your request for return, you will receive an email with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the package to us.

Once your return request has been approved, ship the items to the address provided in the email.

The amount you spent on the order will be refunded to your primary payment gateway.

Please allow 14 business days to process your order once it is received. Please allow longer processing times during peak season due to higher than normal volumes. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is complete.

All original shipping charges or return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us. In the rare event that you receive an imperfect item, please contact us as soon as possible by Click Here .If so, we prefer to make corrections on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

Note: Duties and taxes collected are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE

Except for limited exceptions, we are unable to provide exchanges for purchases made on Vsnailpro.com. If you wish to return a new and lightly used item within 30 days of receipt, please visit the VS Nail Pro Returns site and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
